The MCM Security Group will retain a set of your keys and will respond to any alarm activations received from your premises.
Upon checking the premises we will respond to any incident according to the pre agreed protocol.
Before leaving your premises an incident call out report will be completed, this will detail the date and time of the activation, our arrival/departure time and the action taken by our officer, a copy of the report is left on site for your record. Your alarm will be reset prior to our departure from you site.
